Shipping costs for each additional item purchased are $3.00.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is of high importance to us. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a replacement, exchange, or full refund (shipping & handling charges are not refundable). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused, will not be accepted for refunds.
Returns Instructions:
1. Please email our customer service department at monica@dynastysilver.com or call us at 1-212-704-2100 in order to obtain a Return Authorization number (also known as RA number).
2. Please clearly write on the outside of your package your RA number, name, address, and order number.
3. Please return your item(s) and all the original packing materials - including the packing slip.
4. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip that was included with the initial shipment. Your feedback is extremely important to us.
5. Send the package by a carrier that offers package tracking such as USPS Mail with delivery confirmation, FedEx or UPS. Anatolianjewelry.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Please note that shipping costs in either direction, are non-refundable.

Returns Processing Time:
All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Please note that we keep the right to refuse returned item(s) if we feel that our policy has been abused.
